October 6, 2004 - Construction has begun. The lot was cleared yesterday and the foundation forms were set today.

September 30, 2004 - We have closed on the house loan(s). We are using a "one-time-closing" to cover the interim construction loan and the permanent mortgage.
August 11, 2004 - We have closed on the lot. The lot is now ours.
July 23, 2004 - We have a signed contract to purchase the lot. We expect to close in 3-4 weeks. Construction may start in about 3 months and we hope to move-in early next summer.
